A QHQ on the article, "Assimilating the Web" (???)
Question 1:
Instead of competing with each other for subscribers, would it be possible that America On-line and Microsoft merge into one?
Hypothesis:
A merge between the two companies may be possible since both AOL and Microsoft never liked the internet anyway; and that both companies too, have the same goals of maximizing their profits in the business.
Question 2:
Who would be the one to initiate the merge and how would the two comapanies go about it?
